AL FATEH TOWER, TRIPOLI:

DSC provided a complete engineering, design, procurement, constructions, building services installation, operation and maintenance service for this land mark project.

Touching the skyline of Tripoli, this 28 storied building has super deluxe finishes and is centrally air conditioned. The movement between the floors is by twenty high speed state-of-art elevators and four escalators.

The fire fighting systems are fully automated with computerized control of all activities.

DSC continues to serve the customer by providing operation and maintenance facilities.

MULTISTOREY HOUSING COMPLEX:

Construction of large housing cluster complexes at Souk Talata Multi-towers and main Airport Road in Tripoli.

SIRTE UTILITY PROJECT:

Sirte township infrastructure development including constructions of buildings, road networks, kerbs and footpaths, sewerage system, power distribution system, street lighting, telecommunication and other related urban infrastructure.

400 KV GIS SUBSTATIONS AT HOMS AND GMMRA-I:

Completed civil and building constructions plus electro-mechanical installation of transformer, controls & switchgears, bus ducts, cables, auxiliary power, utilities, HVAC, telecom system, electric distribution and lighting system for Libya's first 400 KV substations for GECOL / SIEMENS.

SNCC AND TRCC POWER GRID CONTROL BUILDING PROJECTS:

Sirte National Control Centre (SNCC) and Tripoli Regional Control Centre (TRCC) for national and regional HT power grid control. This state-of-art control center is having fully computerised system for controlling power in the whole of Libya. Building construction with entire electromechanical works, HVAC, telecommunication towers, power distribution, lighting systems for GECOL/AREVA.

INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS:

-    Electromechanical dismantling & installation of metallurgical plant & 

      equipment & technological structure and buildings, equipment foundations 

   upto 15m below water table for Acid Regeneration plant, Colour Coating  

   plant and galvanising plant for LISCO, Misurata.

-      Brega Petroleum & Marketing Company central workshop at Tripoli & 

   Benghazi involving erection of plant, equipment and utilities, building 

   & industrial structures, roads and other civil works.
